ASHLAND, KY — The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) has been requested by the Ashland Police Department (APD) to investigate an officer-involved shooting that occurred on April 29, at approximately 7:00 p.m. ET on Blackburn Avenue in Ashland, Ky.
GREEN ROAD, KY – On April 29 at 10:14 p.m. ET, Kentucky State Police Post 10, Harlan received a call from Knox County Dispatch requesting assistance with an officer-involved shooting on Sugar Maple Drive in the Green Road community of Knox County. Troopers and detectives immediately responded and began an investigation.
