House Attorney at Law, P.S.C., the following statement was Efiled and then read into the record in Clay Circuit Court on Thursday morning July 7, 2022. The statement is in regards to the highly publicized and controversial issue of the relocation of the historical Hoskins Cemetery by the School Board in Clay County. The cemetery is located on Island Creek Hill off U.S. 421 in Manchester.

A mammoth elephant continues to stomp around in the sovereign nation of the USA and beyond. This creature bellows and challenges anyone that dares to disagree. It is comfortable in the Oval Office and the Halls of Congress while sticking its middle finger up in the sacred places of justice and liberty for all. Our Constitution is mocked as autocrats destroy and devastate the economy over and over and over – the end goal being a global empire with the wealthy at the top of the power pyramid and the rest of us at the bottom.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Monday, July 11, 2022 marks the start of the 21st annual Cops Cycling for Survivors bicycle ride around Indiana. The ride pays respect to Indiana’s fallen law enforcement heroes and lets their survivors know they and their loved ones are not forgotten. The motto of Cops Cycling for Survivors is, “Riding to Remember,” and each year the group works to honor officers killed in the line of duty throughout Indiana’s history.
