RICHLAND, WA - The United States Drug Enforcement Administration is reporting the following about a Washington State Corrections Officer recently convicted on conspiracy charges.

LEXINGTON, KY (October 5, 2022) — The U.S. Attorney’s Office Eastern District of Kentucky is reporting that a Richmond, Ky., man, Bud Hembree, 49, was sentenced on Tuesday to 230 months in prison, by Chief U.S. District Judge Danny Reeves, for conspiracy to distribute 40 grams of more of fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

LEXINGTON, KY ( October 4, 2022) – The U.S. Attorney’s Office Eastern District of Kentucky is reporting that a Lexington woman, Jyoti Agrawal, 51, was sentenced to 42 months in federal prison on Friday, by Chief U.S. District Judge Danny C. Reeves, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering.
