(February 02, 2020) – On Saturday February 01, 2020, around 8:20 PM, The Kentucky State Police, Post 11 London Trooper Ethan Lewis was patrolling on US 25 in the Conway Community of Rockcastle County. Tpr. Lewis activated his emergency equipment in an attempt to stop a 1996 Chevy 1500 pickup for minor traffic offense.
