Helicopter Support and Rescue Dogs Utilized Tuesday in Southeast Kentucky during Searches in Two Missing Person Cases

MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 23, 2021 Clay County Sheriff Detective Jeff Kelsey along with Detectives with the Kentucky State Police and Emergency Management Officials conducted numerous searches within Clay County regarding active missing person cases of Robert “Bob” Estep and David Campbell.

Search efforts included helicopter support along with search and rescue dogs.
