MANCHESTER, KY - Manchester Police Chief Jeff Couch is reporting that on Monday, February 19, 2024 at around 12:05 AM, MPD Officer Gibbs conducted a traffic stop on a 2009 silver Pontiac passenger car for traffic violations.
During the stop, Officer Gibbs conducted an investigation and discovered the vehicle was reported stolen.
The driver identified as Skyler Hubbard, age 20 of Manchester, KY was taken into custody and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Skyler Hubbard was charged with:
- Failure to or improper signal
- Receiving Stolen Property over $1000 < $10,000
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
