LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen along with K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler arrested Danielle Barton age 35 of London on Wednesday afternoon March 20, 2024 at approximately 4:31 PM.
The arrest occurred off Middlebrook Road, approximately 2 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to conduct a welfare check there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that allegedly Danielle Barton had physically assaulted another female there by shoving her down, allegedly while out of control.
Danielle Barton was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
