(Danville, KY)—The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is investigating the escape of an inmate from the Bole County Detention Center.
Initial investigation has revealed that Joshua N. Thompson, 32 years old of Nicholasville, walked away from the Boyle County Recycling Center today at approximately 12:00 p.m. EDT, while out on work release.
Thompson was in jail serving time for Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree.
Trooper Frank Thornberry is the investigating officer was assisted by the Boyle County Jail, Boyle County Sheriff’s Office, and Danville Police Department.
