Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Lisa Roark age 49 of Fariston Road, London on Friday night March 20, 2015 at approximately 9:49 P.M.
The arrest occurred off US 25 , approximately 5 miles south of London after Deputy Houston was dispatched to a possible domestic complaint phoned into Laurel 911 dispatch Center.
When Deputy Houston arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation he learned that a female subject who allegedly had been drinking heavily today had called in the complaint, and it was false.
Deputy Houston issued a warning to the subject and left the scene. In a matter of a few short minutes, Deputy Houston was dispatched back to the same residence, where apparently this subject had called the 911 dispatch center three additional times and hung up each time.
Deputy Houston charged Lisa Roark with false reporting of an emergency, Harrassing communications, and alcohol intoxication and lodged her in the Laurel County Detention Center.
