(LONDON, KY.) – On Tuesday, April 07, 2015 at approximately 5:19 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received an anonymous tip about several subjects manufacturing methamphetamine at a residence on KY HWY 92 East in Whitley County.
Upon arrival troopers observed several individuals running from the residence into a wooded area. After a short foot pursuit all four (4) individuals were apprehended and taken back to the residence. Once back at the residence, officers located an active one step methamphetamine lab along with meth precursors and drug paraphernalia.
Arrested at the scene and lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center were:
Johnny Hill, 29, of Williamsburg, KY and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine1st Degree, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree.
Shelly Lawson, 33, of Williamsburg, KY and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree. She was also charged with four counts of Failure to Appear on unrelated charges.
Jennifer B. Mattie, 27, of Williamsburg, KY and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree.
Dillon A. Croley, 21, of Williamsburg, KY and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense. Trooper Duane Foley is continuing the investigation and was assisted at the scene by KSP SGT Tony Dingess, Williamsburg Police Officers Brandon Prewitt and SGT Jim Pool and KSP Drug Enforcement / Special Investigations Detectives.
