Woman allegedly taking Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Zoloft, Paxil, Onazepam, Suboxone, Neurontin and Lamotrigine picks her her six-year-old son @ school - Laurel County, KY

 

 

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested a Lily, Ky. woman  on Tuesday evening May 5, 2015 at approximately 6:30 P.M.

Arrested was Anna Whitehead age 29 of Braxton Lane, Lily, KY.

The arrest occurred off US 25, approximately 8 miles south of London after Deputy Cloyd was dispatched to a complaint that a female subject that had driven a gray colored Dodge Nitro to Hunter Hills school to pick up her six-year-old son was over an hour late.

Deputy Cloyd conducted an investigation determining that this subject was under the influence.-- This subject stated she was taking oxycodone, hydrocodone, Zoloft, Paxil,clonazepam, Suboxone,neurontin, and lamotrigine.

Also this subject was driving on an instruction permit without a licensed driver in the vehicle. In addition, this subject had placed her child in the vehicle without being properly restrained.

Anna Whitehead was charged with operating under the influence, an instructional permit violation, and a booster seat violation.

This subject's son was released to a relative by social services who had been called to the scene.

Sgt. Robbie Grimes assisted on the investigation.

Anna Whitehead was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
