Manchester, Ky. - On September 15, 2015 Manchester Police Officers Jeff Couch, Patrick Robinson, and George Stewart were dispatched to a local pharmacy about a person trying to obtain a controlled substance by fraud.
Upon investigating Officers discovered April L. Hoskins age 27 who had a Laurel County address but told Officers that she had been staying in Clay County had been calling in prescriptions at several pharmacies in Manchester and London and receiving narcotic pills and strips.
Upon investigation it was also discovered that April L Hoskins had a warrant for her arrest from Knox County.
April L. Hoskins was charged with 3 counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and the warrant from Knox County.
April L. Hoskins was Lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
