CTA Acoustics in Corbin, KY is looking for 50+ Mold Operators.
*Job Summary*: Load & unload parts into the mold press and waterjets. Must be able to perform essential duties within production department as required and attaing Mold Specialist ranking.
* Qualifications*: High School Diploma or GED or 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience. Must have the ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and complete rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs.
*Physical Demands*: Great communication skills, hear & speak, frequently requres standing, use of hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Must occassionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required to include, close vision, color vision, depth, perception and the ability to adjust & focus.
*Physical Environment*: Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work envoironment is usually moderate.
* Compensation*: Starting hourly rate is $12.25 per hour. First raise after initial 90 day probationary period to $12. 65 per hour. Night shift premium of additional $.20 per hour. Bi-annual evaluations each year for additional raise. A very attractive benefit package for Full-Time employees.
