Manchester, KY - MPD is reporting that Officer Gary Harris with the Manchester Police Department discovered an individual in the parking lot of the Refuge Worship Center on Town Branch Road acting suspiciously.
Officer Harris approached the vehicle and found Charles Stewart of Cincinnati, Ohio behind the wheel of Chevrolet Cruze.
Officer Kelly Johnson and Officer Jeff Senters arrived to assist Officer Harris.
Upon running the vehicle registration it was discovered that the vehicle was stolen from Laurel County earlier.
Officer Johnson arrested Charles Stewart and Charged him with Criminal Trespassing and Receiving Stolen Property.
According to jail records, Stewart was booked into the Clay County Detention Center on Wednesday afternoon May 25, 2016 at 2:47 PM.
