Laurel County teenager facing serious accusations


Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Shawn Jackson along with Deputy Tommy Houston, Deputy Travis Napier, and Deputy Shannon Jones arrested Joshua Null age 19 of Pennington Dr., East Bernstadt early Thursday morning July 7, 2016 at approximately 2:18 AM.

The arrest occurred off Pennington Drive, approximately 7 miles north of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest obtained by Deputy Shawn Jackson charging two counts of wanton endangerment – first-degree; two counts of terroristic threatening – third-degree; and leaving the scene of an accident.

Deputy Jackson reports that allegedly this subject was at Wild Cat Off Road on July 2, 2016 and intentionally drove his Toyota SUV into the side of another vehicle. He then got out of his vehicle and began yelling and threatening to kill a security officer and another individual there.

The security officer attempted to stop this subject and he was dragged across the parking lot. This subject then attempted to run the two individuals over as he left the scene.

Joshua Null was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
