London, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Tommy Houston arrested a Hawk Creek Road resident early Monday morning July 18, 2016 at approximately 1:07 AM.
Arrested was:
Richard Morgan 46 of Hawk Creek Road, London, KY
The arrest occurred on Hal Rogers Parkway in London after Deputy Houston observed a white colored Ford LTD pulling over and stopping at a green light with no headlights on.
Deputy Houston conducted an investigation on the driver determining that he was under the influence.
Richard Morgan was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; careless driving; failure to wear seatbelts; and numerous other traffic violations and lodged him in the Laurel County Detention Center.
