Complaint of an out-of-control male subject at a Laurel County residence

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Travis Napier along with Deputy Brandon Broughton and Deputy Cody Faulconer arrested two individuals on Monday night September 12, 2016 at approximately 9:57 PM.

The arrests occurred off Dean Oakley Road, approximately 2 miles west of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of an out-of-control male subject at a residence there.

When deputies arrived at the scene they learned that this subject had allegedly been beating on the door of a residence. Deputies located 2 individuals in a wood line nearby and conducted an investigation where they discovered a bag containing a large quantity of syringes, two pipes, baggies containing residue and other drug paraphernalia.

The two individuals were arrested and are identified as:

  • Michael Tuttle age 38 of Dean Oakley Rd., London charged with possession of a controlled substance; and public intoxication – controlled substances.
  • Jensa Riddings age 35 of Keavy Rd., London charged with possession of a controlled substance; and public intoxication – controlled substances.
  • The two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
