Mr. Charles Tolman Phillips, age 81 of Manchester departed this life on Monday, April 2, 2018 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born on Tuesday, November 24, 1936 in Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Walter and Viola Botkins Phillips. He was a coal operator.
He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Billy Charles Phillips, Marisa King and Sandra O’Neill, his grandchildren: Michael O’Niell, Shelbi King, Johnny King, Nicole Marie O’Neill, and one great grandchild: Raelynn Storm O’Neill. Also surviving is his brother: Clyde Phillips and his wife Rhonda, his sister: Billie Ward and her husband Jack as well as these nieces and nephews: Debbie Mills, Jamey Mills, Tracy Stivers, Bethany O’Brien and Mark Phillips and a host of great nieces and great nephews and these Caretakers: Belisa Walker, Deliah Horsey, Eddie Baker, and Jr. Allen.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Walter and Viola Phillips.
Funeral Services for Mr. Charles Tolman Phillips will be conducted on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
