Mr. Arthur Smith, age 77 of Gregory Branch departed this life on Friday, July 27, 2018 at his home. He was born on Sunday, March 16, 1941 in Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Tink and Alene Jones Smith. He was a coal miner, a member of the holiness church and a veteran of the United States Army.
He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Jimmy Darrell Benge and his wife Junetta, Vickie Lynn Fultz and her husband Jimmy, Fred Smith and Ricky Allen Smith and his wife Tina. Also surviving are these grandchildren: Gilbert Benge, Kristen Benge Knuckles, Andrew Fultz, Stephanie Lynn Fultz, Michael Cotton, Emily Hubbard, Trenton Smith, Keyley Smith and Blake Smith, 13 Great Grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Dorothy Sizemore, Elmer Smith, Minnie Wagers and Bryan Smith.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Tink and Alene Smith, his wife: Martha Rose Smith and his sister: Brenda Henson.
Funeral Services for Mr. Arthur Smith will be conducted on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. William Coffey, Rev. Andrew Fultz, Rev. George Roberts, Rev. Raleigh Coffey and Rev. Thomas Bishop will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Saturday evening after 6:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
