Johnny Jackson, 84, of Manchester, KY, passed away Monday, January 21st, at his home.
Johnny was born on March 7, 1934, a son of the late Isabelle (Kelley) and Brown Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Oma Jackson.
Johnny is survived by his three sons: Douglas Jackson and wife Charlene of Big Creek, Glenn Jackson and wife Sharon of Garrard, and Donald Jackson and wife Lola of Somerset.
He is also survived by his three sisters: Gracie Jackson of Manchester, Opal Asher and husband Roy of Arjay, and Judy Sizemore of Laurel County; by his brother, Earl Jackson of Louisville; and by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, Johnny was preceded in death by his children: James Jackson, Phyllis Jackson Farrell and Debbie Jackson; and by the following brothers and sisters: Edward Jackson, Roger Jackson, Ruth Jackson, Nancy Faye Mason and Deloris Cornelius.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 25th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY. Burial will follow in the Paces Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 24th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
