OP-ED: Will "Big Money" buy the Keys to the Kentucky Governor’s Mansion in the Most Expensive GOP Primary in the History of the Commonwealth?

Opinion Editorial by Born & Raised in Kentucky, Businessman Jacob Clark

I'm, a liberty favorite for Kentucky Governor, and have continued to climb in the polls. Recently gaining the support of State Senator Adrienne Southworth, I got a last minute boost.

However, while there are 12 candidates in the Republican primary, the media and the political establishment would like you to think there's only 2 or 3.

They say “money talks”, but in this primary election (the most expensive governor primary in Kentucky history), big money actually silences.

Thanks to the few Uber rich candidates and McConnell donors, voters have heard very little from me, the "fed up" hardworking patriot who signed up to run the statewide gauntlet campaign.

It seems that there are some “haves” who want to make sure that the “have nots” only hear from those who they can “work with” once elected.

Will Kentuckians elect someone from the elite class again, like they have so many times? Or will they elect someone who knows what the average American lives through each day, and is "fed up" with the federal government and status quo?

With such a crowded field of candidates, anything can happen. Will the mainstream media keep us spoon fed and distracted with the “top candidates” who have spent obscene amounts of money?

Stay tuned to find out if I can pull ahead. The Kentucky Derby may be over, but this one could come down to a photo finish. God bless you all!
