SOMERSET, KY — According to the Kentucky State Police (KSP): The Somerset Police Department has requested KSP Post 11, London to investigate an officer-involved shooting that occurred on Friday, October 27, 2023, at approximately 11:53 p.m. EST on Emerald Ct, in limits of Somerset in Pulaski County.
