Two Annville residents arrested in a business parking during Complaint Investigation

Laurel County, Ky. (October 19, 2019) -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Sgt. John Inman along with K-9 Deputy Gary Mehler and CSO Judy Morgan arrested two individuals early Saturday morning October 19, 2019 at approximately 12:34 AM.

The arrests occurred in a business parking lot off North Laurel Rd. approximately 1 mile north of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of an intoxicated female subject creating a disturbance there.

While enroute to the scene deputies were advised the female subject had ran out onto north US 25 and was lying in the roadway.

Upon arrival at the scene deputies located the female suspect conducting an investigation and determining that she was under the influence.

A male subject who was in her company was also checked and determined to be under the influence as well.

The two arrested individuals were identified as:

Sandra D. Rahe age 30 of Annville, KY charged with:

  • Alcohol intoxication in a public place

In addition, the subject was charged on a Jackson District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:

  • Failure to appear in court on charges of reckless driving and other violations

Michael David Gibson age 40 of Annville, KY charged with:

  • Alcohol intoxication in a public place

These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
