Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Carolyn Webb age 36 of Corinth Cemetery Road, Corbin on Saturday evening June 13, 2015 at approximately 6:24 P.M.
The arrest occurred on W. 5th St. in London after Deputy Cloyd observed a gold colored Ford focus weaving back and forth as she drove and a traffic stop was conducted.
During the traffic stop, the driver handed Deputy Cloyd an EBT card instead of her driver's license.
This subject stated that she was taking oxycodone, alprazolam, and oxymoprhone. Following investigation, this subject was determined to be under the influence.
Carolyn Webb was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense, failure to wear seatbelts, failure to produce insurance card, and no registration receipt and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
