Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Jackson arrested Heather Smith 36 of Ball Road, Manchester on Friday night November 27, 2015 at approximately 11:15 PM.
This subject was arrested off White Oak Road, approximately 6 miles west of London while deputies were at a residence conducting an investigation on stolen property, this subject was located at a residence of interest and it was determined that this subject was wanted on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest for probation violation regarding a charge of knowingly fraudulently using ID card or electronic code for benefit.
Heather Smith was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
