Marjorie Rice, 95, of Manchester, KY, passed away Thursday, July 25th, at the Advent Health Manchester Hospital.

Marjorie was born in Manchester, KY on February 6, 1924, a daughter of the late Cleo (Marcum) and William Jones. She was a charter member of the Lyttleton Baptist Church.

Eula Bowling Webb was born on July 21, 1927 at Urban, Kentucky in Clay County. She went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, having lived here on this earth 92 years and 3 days.

She lived her early life in the Urban Community with her parents, Ballard and Eliza Minton Bowling; her brother, William Banton; and her sister, Wilma. Eula came to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior as a young girl attending Lebanon United Baptist Church. In 1955, she became a member of Horse Creek Baptist Church, Manchester, KY, where her membership remained until her death.

Timothy "Uncle Tim's Cabins" Biggs, 85, of Manchester, Kentucky passed away on Thursday July 25th., 2019.

Tim was born in Manchester, KY on December 25, 1933, a son of the late Sophie (Roark) and Hamp Biggs.
He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. Tim loved Clay County and his passion was to see the county grow, and for people to become self sufficient.

Katelynn Victoria Combs age 22, wife of Timothy Combs of London, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday July 23, 2019 in London, Kentucky.
