Our family and community lost a pillar Thursday evening. Mr. Frank Goins, has gone to be with the Lord. Frank was a kind and loving husband, brother, dad, and papaw. Frank and his wife, Bertha Sizemore Goins were married on September 15, 1967 and raised their family in Clay County, Kentucky off of East 80. They were married 54 years.
