SAN DIEGO, CA – The U.S. Attorney's Office Southern District of California is reporting that Long Ngoc Tran (42) has been sentenced in federal court to 72 months in prison for his role in the operation of dozens of illegal gambling dens that fostered drug trafficking, violent crime, and gang activity within a small San Diego neighborhood.
LEXINGTON, KY — Tabb Textiles Co., Inc. (“Tabb”), and individuals affiliated with the company, have paid $344,516.80 to resolve allegations that Tabb improperly billed Federal Prison Industries, Inc. for fabric that was sourced overseas, in violation of contract requirements.
TUCSON, AZ (February 14, 2023) - The Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) is reporting that AZDPS is investigating a collision involving a commercial truck tanker that rolled over on Interstate 10 eastbound between Rita and Kolb roads. The tanker is leaking hazardous material.
