HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (September 2, 2022) — The Kentucky State Police is reporting that the KSP Electronic Crime Branch arrested James E. West II, 39, on charges related to child sexual abuse material. Mr. West was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
