Charles Bents (Chuck) Coots, 71, of Big Creek, KY, passed away Tuesday, August 6th, at his home.
Chuck was born in Reading, PA on July 27, 1948, a son of Edna (Vernon) Coots and the late Charlie Coots. He was a US Army Veteran and a KY Colonel.
