After two days of winter weather cancelling session for both chambers this week, the state Senate decided to convene Thursday and Friday while the House took the rest of the week off.

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Detective Charlie Loomis along with Deputy Shawn Boroviak and Deputy John Inman are investigating the theft of a John Deere tractor model 3038 that had a bucket, and blade attached and was reportedly stolen from behind Barnhill Pediatrics on US 25 E, approximately 10 miles south of London early Thursday morning February 19, 2015.

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Brandon Broughton arrested a London man on Wednesday night February 18, 2015 at approximately 8:14 P.M.
